Supply Chain Manager
Please note that this is a HYBRID work from home job opportunity. You will be required to work 3 days onsite in the office in Boulder, CO. The remaining 2 days you may work from home using company-provided equipment.
Lee Hecht Harrison Recruitment Solutions (LHH) is partnering with a leading manufacturing company to fill their open Supply Chain Manager job in Boulder, CO. To qualify, you must have at least two years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role. This is a DIRECT HIRE job opportunity where you will earn between $90,000 and $100,000 annually. You will also be eligible for this company's competitive benefits package (details below).
Responsibilities:
-Forecasting supply chain needs using historical data, market insight, and input from the Sales & Marketing teams
-Performing data analysis and adjusting forecasts as needed
-Proactively addressing potential supply chain issues: developing material stocking strategies, monitoring inventory levels, etc.
-Leading supply planning meetings
-Tracking and reporting KPIs
-Optimizing inventory levels; driving production schedules to ensure on time and in full deliveries
-Assisting with implementing ERP system enhancements
-Managing new product launches
-All other related tasks as required
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or a similar discipline preferred
-At least two years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role
-Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, indexing, vlookups)
-Excellent attention to detail
-Excellent analytic skills
Compensation:
