The Supply Chain Manager will oversee and coordinate all aspects of the supply chain process to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and alignment with company objectives. This role involves managing purchasing, production planning, and logistics operations while maintaining clear communication across teams and stakeholders.salary: $19 - $22 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PMeducation: BachelorsResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities 1. Purchasing •Order Management o Manage material and product orders to meet production and sales demands. o Monitor purchase orders for accuracy, timelines, and compliance with supplier agreements. •Receiving & Issuing Orders o Oversee the receipt of ordered materials and products, ensuring quality and quantity standards. o Manage the issuing process to ensure accurate and timely supply to production lines or customers. 2. Production Planning •Develop and maintain production schedules based on sales forecasts, inventory levels, and production capacity. •Coordinate with production teams to optimize workflow and reduce lead times. •Identify and mitigate potential production bottlenecks or delays. 3. Logistics •Shipment Setup (Inbound & Outbound) o Plan and execute shipping arrangements for incoming and outgoing materials and products. o Ensure all shipments meet delivery deadlines and cost-efficiency goals. •Arrival Status Notice (ASN) o Communicate shipment details and expected arrival times to relevant stakeholders. o Track and resolve any issues related to delayed or incomplete shipments. 4. Reporting •Prepare and distribute daily reports covering: o Sales: Track sales performance and trends. o Production: Monitor production outputs and efficiency. o Orders: Maintain up-to-date records of order statuses, including pending, in-process, and completed orders.The essential functions of this role include:
