As a member of that team, the Supply Chain Manager will be instrumental in keeping production moving forward. You will manage the complete supply chain lifecycle – leading a team from sourcing and purchasing raw materials nationally and internationally to ensure on-time delivery.

Primary Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Supply Chain Management: Manage all aspects of the supply chain, including sourcing, purchasing, vendor management, and logistics.
- SIOP Process Ownership: Oversee the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) process to align demand, inventory levels, and production capacity with business objectives.
- Vendor Management: Develop and maintain relationships with domestic and international vendors, ensuring optimal pricing, quality, and service levels.
- Purchasing and Sourcing: Lead the procurement of raw materials and components, negotiating contracts to achieve cost savings and favorable terms.
- Inventory Strategy: Develop and implement inventory strategies, including cycle count systems, replenishment methods, and shipping terms to optimize stock levels and improve inventory accuracy.
- Supplier Quality Management: Ensure supplier performance meets quality standards, collaborating with Quality team to maintain ISO 9001 compliance.
- On-Time Delivery & Scheduling: Coordinate with the Master Scheduler to ensure timely production and delivery, addressing any scheduling issues proactively.
- PPV and Cost Management: Track and manage Purchase Price Variance (PPV) and other supply chain costs to ensure alignment with budgetary targets and inventory turns.
- Contract Negotiation: Coordinate with Sourcing Analyst to lead contract negotiations with suppliers and service providers to secure the best terms, including pricing, quality, delivery, and payment terms.
Knowledge, Skill & Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or equivalent combination of experience and education.
- 10+ years of experience in the supply chain field.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and experience with supplier quality management.
- Subject matter expert with ERP systems, with preference for Infor Syteline.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex domestic and international supply chains.
- Expertise in contract negotiation and supplier management.
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a diverse team.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
