- Execute and coordinate a portfolio of complex process improvement projects related to our Supply Chain transformation
- Manage the ongoing evolution of the Supply Chain business transformation globally by working closely with key stakeholders such as: Learning & Development, Systems, and other cross-functional counterparts
- Support the Supply Chain point of view (POV) on various special projects for the organization with the ability to understand the vision and translate to presentations that tell the story effectively
- Maintain organization and work well in a fast-paced environment with little direction
- Monitor project progress, set deadlines, resolve issues that arise, evaluate project performance
- Identify areas of opportunity, develop and update policies, procedures, processes, tools
- Demonstrate Supply Chain organizational knowledge, with production purchasing experience preferred
QualificationsYou'll have...
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 6+ years of Supply Chain/Purchasing experience

- Highly proficient use of PowerPoint, Excel, Word
- Always on, strategic thinking and change management mindset
- Strong attention to detail

- Comfortable leading and designing process improvement initiatives that are not fully defined or outlined and ability to show measurable success
- Flexible and agile - ready to take and lead on process improvement opportunities as they present themselves through requests from Supply Chain leadership team or gaps identified within organization
- Possess an always learning attitude, exhibit collaborative behaviors, ability to anticipate and view process improvements holistically to understand impact within organization and cross-functionally
- Ability to communicate and prepare necessary, relevant material applicable and strategically designed to targeted audiences
- Effective at working with global team members to understand and react to the ever-changing needs of the global Supply Chain organization
