Responsibilities You will perform a combination of tasks concerned with the receipt, storage, issue, and replenishment of a wide variety supply items. You will examine items received; notes overages, shortages, or any damages incurred in shipping; prepares detailed reports as required. You will process documentation for stock item receipts, maintains items in storage areas until issue and issues material to work center personnel You will conduct physical inventory and adjust and maintain inventory account records. You will operates personal computers to perform records search, data input, and data corrections. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must also demonstrate general experience. Examples of Qualifying Experience: Progressively responsible clerical, office, or other work that indicates ability to acquire the particular knowledge and skills needed to perform the duties of the position to be filled. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. Education In lieu of specialized experience, applicants can qualify based on education substitution. To qualify for this position based on education you must possess: 2 years of education above high school Additional Information This position is covered by the Department of Defense Priority Placement Program.
