POSITION OVERVIEW:Accountable to the Market Lead, the Supply & Logistics Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and managing the end-to-end process of order placement and logistics across their designated market region and maintaining strong supplier relationships. This role ensures that all production sites within the US have the necessary inventory levels and logistics arrangements to meet production schedules and deadlines. The coordinator plays a critical role in optimising supply chain efficiency, ensuring compliance with logistics regulations, and supporting seamless production operations.This is a fantastic opportunity for a supply and logistics professional who is ready to step into a dynamic role immediately. RequirementsKEY RESPONSIBILITIES WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- Placing orders based on MRP data and handling urgent orders as needed.
- Updating pricing information, lead times, and minimum order quantities in the system.
- Maintaining strong supplier relationships and coordinating with logistics providers.
- Monitoring purchase orders, transfer orders, sales orders, and work orders to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Sourcing and onboarding new suppliers, in collaboration with the Supply Chain Manager.
- Overseeing logistics providers, ensuring compliance with legislation, and managing customs clearing agents.
- Supporting cost-effective transport solutions and assisting with finance-related landed cost allocations.
- Conducting inventory cycle counts and resolving discrepancies with the Inventory Controller.
- Actively participating in the company's integrated management systems, including safety, quality improvement, and ISO:9001 QMS adherence.
- Contributing to Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
- Qualifications in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in supply chain coordination, procurement, or logistics management.
- Experience in order placement, inventory management, and logistics operations.
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems, preferably experience with Netsuite or similar.
- Demonstrated ability in managing supplier relationships and optimising inventory levels.
- Experience in international logistics, including customs clearance and freight management.

- Demonstrates expertise in supply chain and logistics management, with a solid understanding of inventory control and transportation.
- Well-organized with a stakeholder-oriented approach.
- Excellent knowledge of ERP systems, logistics software, and supply chain practices.
- Experience in collecting, analyzing, and presenting accurate and useful data.
- Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders, including suppliers and internal teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills that foster trust, confidence, and cooperation across the organization.
- Skilled in problem-solving, developing cost-effective solutions based on analysis.
- Flexible and adaptable in response to organizational changes, able to develop creative solutions.
- Can work independently with minimal supervision, applying initiative and judgment to ensure timely task completion.
