► You will execute the procurement planning to ensure on-time material delivery according to customer/production demand► You will manage external suppliers' performance and processes and control supply chain inventory via continuous improvement activities to realize KPIs achievement► You will create mid/long-term material plan according to market demand/consumption history/production capacity and communicate effectively with suppliers to ensure material preparation and capacity reservation►You will plan and order materials according to lead time with proper transportation mode►You will monitor suppliers' delivery adherence to ensure the on-time delivery to make sure the material availability for production► You will negotiate the rescheduling of purchase order with supplier according to material requirement planning► You will focus on material shortage to avoid production line down► You will manage suppliers delivery performance, able to handle 1st level escalation and trigger further escalation for exceptions in time► You will control overall inventory level according to target deployment, continuously optimize inventory structure via appropriate planning approaches (e.g. SAP initiatives, MRP parameter adjustment, scheduling agreement, consignment stock etc.)► You will review periodically the material parameters in systems, exchange the requirement information and providing status with suppliers regularly► You will cooperate with other teams / departments to safeguard material availability

Qualifications: Qualifications

  • BS in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or other related field
  • 3 years business experience, including at least 1 year with supply chain and logistics functions such as demand planning, production planning, and distribution planning in an automotive or consumer products business with emphasis on forecasting and statistics
  • SAP/APO previous experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, strong process development skills
  • Strong Forecast Management systems skills (JDA, I2 Technologies, NewMetrics, SAP, Oracle, Logility, Connexus)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Detail and multi-task oriented
  • Ability to complete projects in a timely manner
  • Knowledge of visualization and analytics tools is desirable.
  • Spanish reading and writing is preferred.
