Please do not share outside of the organization.Your Role:As a Supply Planning Expert (main focus on serum business), you will take on a pivotal role in Life Science within the 'External Manufacturing - Supply Chain' team where a challenging, fast-paced, cross-functional, and international work environment is waiting for you. Specific responsibilities include:
- Support internal and external stakeholder mainly for Serum business
- Ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence by driving and balancing key performance indicators
- Support low backorders and high fill rates while maintaining cost efficiency through reasonable inventory levels
- Planning and buying activities of finished goods and raw materials
- Collaboration with global suppliers and lead regular supply chain meetings to ensure effective communication and alignment with key suppliers
Who You AreMinimum Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or other business disciplines
OR
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, or other life science disciplines
- 5+ years of supply chain experiences
- Experiences in serum business
Preferred Qualifications:- Proficiency in ERP or SAP Systems
- Strong analytical skills, including Excel capabilities
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a high level of self-motivation and adaptability to drive innovation and operational efficiency
- Open-minded team player with an understanding and appreciation of cultural diversities
- Effectively prioritize and perform under pressure, ensuring the seamless management of multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
