Salary range: $27,510.00 (minimum) - $39,207.00 (midpoint). Normal work hours are Monday through Thursday, 6:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Must be flexible to meet the special scheduling needs of the university. Physical demands required but not limited to include, carrying, lifting, cleaning. Climbing, crawling, driving, kneeling, pulling, pushing, reaching, sitting, speaking, squatting, standing twisting, walking and writing. Work area physical demands are as follows; cold weather, humidity, occasional noise, working around arriving and departing vehicles, dirt in areas of work. DutiesDuties include, but are not limited to: Maintains correct inventory levels. Verifies the quantity and condition of incoming freight. Tags and situates incoming materials. Locates and acquires supplies from off-campus vendors. Assists with the reconciliation of the Supply Warehouse Credit Card. Handles all constituent needs in a professional, timely and positive manner. QualificationsRequired Qualifications: A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) and experience in a related field. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a warehouse setting. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Familiarity with inventory control, credit card usage and reconciliation, and ability to gather supplies and materials in our inventory and properly bill each work order.
