Job Description:

SUMMARY

Conducts regular inventory counts and monitors inventory and stock levels. Tracks inventory turnover and identifies slow-moving or obsolete items.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

* Processes documents requesting supplies, issues receipts, and catalogs items for storage.

* Inspects and stores supplies and coordinates arrangements for transportation in accordance with the established budget.

* Prepares and disseminates equipment and tools for installation and/or maintenance of machinery and equipment.

* Performs assigned duties for decontamination, preparation, sterilization, and distribution of equipment.

* Ensures necessary equipment and materials are available for installation and operations.

* Ensures accountability for federally owned equipment and property throughout its lifecycle.

* Prepares requestions to restock items and advises personnel on the proper procedures for maintaining accountability of property.

* Prepares reports on inventory and destroyed or damaged property.

* Creates and updates procedures for annual inventories and maintains property system inventory records.

* Maintains regular and punctual attendance.

* Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

* Three (3) years of related experience required.

* High School Diploma or GED required.

* Experience supporting logistics and supply chain management.

* Must obtain and maintain any necessary security access and/or background checks.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

* Ability to meticulously track and manage inventory, ensuring accuracy in records and reporting.

* Skilled in organizing and maintaining inventory, handling multiple tasks, and prioritizing responsibilities effectively.

* Ability to identify issues with inventory or supply levels and implement effective solutions promptly.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports, coordinating with team members, and advising on procedures.

WORK SCHEDULE

Full-time. May be required to work additional hours as needed to complete assignment or project.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Work is primarily performed in a professional office setting, including the normal office equipment (e.g., computer, fax machines, copier) and with a wide variety of people in differing functions, personalities, and abilities.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Position consists of sitting for long periods of time, using hands/fingers, handling, reaching with hands and arms, speaking, or translating. Periods of walking, standing, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, and lifting boxes weighing up to 30 pounds. Moderate to extended periods of office work with heavy periods of computer usage. May be assigned occasional to moderate periods of analytical tasks requiring extensive reasoning abilities. Compensation & Benefits Package:

* Pay: $30,750.00 - $41,000/annually
