Summary You will serve as a SUPPLY TECHNICIAN in the G-3/5, TRAINING MANAGEMENT SUPPORT DIVISION of MARINE CORPS BASE. Responsibilities You will process and maintain supply records, hand receipts and property accountability records. You will maintain quarterly Custodian Asset Report (CAR) accounts and daily transaction listings. You will research and resolve minor problems that are identified during Custodian Asset Report (CAR) reconciliations. You will serve as the primary Department credit card purchaser. You will establish and maintain a system of credit card purchases, reconcile monthly transactions with current banking institution, and maintain current status of all credit card purchases. You will advise customers on the status of purchase requests and follow up with vendors to ensure prompt delivery of items. You will be required to load and unload goods. You will operate motor vehicles and trucks to transport supplies, materials, equipment, and tools. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector providing supply support through supply procurement, inventory control and maintenance of supply databases.
