About the opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mid-Level Support Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing excellent technical support for Google Cloud Platform (GCP) products, specifically at Levels 1 and 2. This role requires a strong understanding of GCP services, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for GCP products and services.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to GCP infrastructure, networking, storage, and compute services.
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
  • Document and track customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers and product teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles and internal documentation.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest GCP products, features, and best practices.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Consistent experience in a technical support or customer-facing role.
  • Strong understanding of GCP core services, including Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, Cloud Networking, and App Engine.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with GCP command-line tools and APIs.
  • GCP certifications (e.g., Associate Cloud Engineer, Professional Cloud Architect) are a plus.
