Responsibilities Accumulate, review, and assist in the monthly process of subcontractor pay applications. Execute trade contractor agreements & change orders and distribute them electronically. Facilitate the access control and badge request process for all subcontractors. Track badge and access control status and expirations via excel spreadsheet. Obtain annual subcontractor insurance certificates and log as appropriate. Logging M/W/DVBE Tracking Assist Sr. PM and PMs with various day to day tasks.
