JOB DESCRIPTION:

Drive excellence in post-implementation support as a crucial member of our team, specializing in the analysis and resolution of functional issues, within Manhattan's supply chain software solutions. Collaborate seamlessly with analysts to deliver swift issue resolution, harnessing the power of cutting-edge supply chain technologies. Your role extends to the forefront of innovation as you test and implement client-specific enhancements, ensuring timely and effective solutions. Communication with clients takes center stage as you navigate seamlessly between addressing their needs, resolving issues, and providing dedicated post-implementation support.

In this dynamic position, your primary activities will encompass client communication, comprehensive testing, issue resolution, and ongoing post-implementation support. Join us in shaping the future of supply chain solutions, where your expertise will play a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence for our clients.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Four-year bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in computer science, engineering, business or related field
  • 1 year of experience developing, supporting or implementing [packaged] application software
  • 6 months experience with database troubleshooting or developing in SQL or related relational database
  • Requires up to 25% travel.

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Experience supporting Supply Chain/Order Management products
  • Experience with order fulfillment processes, logistics, and inventory management
  • Ability to understand and meet customer requirements and expectations
