JOB DESCRIPTION: Analyze and resolve functional issues that arise post implementation in connection with supply chain software solutions. Work with analysts to provide issue resolution utilizing supply chain technologies. Perform testing of client specific enhancements in a timely manner. Primary activities include client communication, testing, issues resolution, and post implementation support. Help our customers with issues or enhancements and build long-term relationships to support ongoing needs and ensure operational success. Serve as liaison between customers and software product development team. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Four-year bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in computer science, engineering, business or related field
- 1 year of experience developing, supporting or implementing [packaged] application software preferred
- 6 months experience with database troubleshooting or developing in SQL or related relational database preferred
- Requires up to 25% travel

- Prior experience with WM (warehouse management) products or a supply chain background
- Strong collaborative/analytical skills with the ability to resolve sophisticated issues in a fast pace and ambitious environment
