**Description****Job Summary**The Support Services Assistant supports the Director of Engineering & Construction, the Director of Environmental Services, the Director, Materials Management and their departments. Supports the smooth operation of these areas by performing a variety of administrative and customer service responsibilities such as support center coverage, work order system administration, document creation, reporting and record keeping, purchasing duties, scheduling and calendar coordination, payroll preparation, and travel arrangements.**Minimum Qualifications****Education**Associates Degree preferred (business, administrative, or secretarial field).
