**Responsibilities**
**Position Summary:**
In accordance with the mission and philosophy of Dignity Health the Support Services Coordinator I is responsible for performing and coordinating the clerical functions for radiology respiratory noninvasive cardiology and EEG services. Primary responsibilities include (but are not limited to) scheduling of all clinical services working collaboratively with referring providers and internal clerical staff (patient financial services and admitting) to ensure exceptional customer service. Other duties include charge reconciliation activities as assigned by the Lead Support Service Coordinator.
**Qualifications**
**Minimum:**
+ Experience as a patient service representative or office experience in similar situation required.
+ Experience or basic knowledge of RIS or other comparable computer system required.
+ Experience in scheduling patients required.
+ Type 50 wpm
+ Knowledge of medical terminology required.
+ Working knowledge of computer programs and hospital information systems required.
**Preferred:**
+ Experience/training in Medical Front Office preferred.
+ Experience with Cerner radiology information system (Radnet) Powerchart and Powerscribe preferred.
+ Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
**Pay Range**
$47.51 - $47.51 /hour
