The Role We're looking for a skilled individual to join our advanced manufacturing team in Springfield!As Support Services and play a key role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production process. You will be responsible for tasks such as precision alloy testing to verify metal integrity, coining and cold trimming to shape components, and overseeing material receiving to guarantee standards are met. In the role of Support Services, you will also operate equipment like forklifts, cranes and electric pallet jacks to manage materials, while performing salvage grinding, stud welding and shot blasting to refine parts. Your attention to detail in visual inspections and part marking will ensure quality control and full traceability throughout the process.
