Work Schedule:

This is a full time, 1.0 FTE position. Shifts will be scheduled 8 hour days, Monday through Friday between the hours of 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM. Applicants hired into this position can work remotely from most states. This will be discussed during the interview process.

We are seeking a Support Services Quality Specialist: to:

  • Review and monitor patient calls to ensure quality interaction and compliance requirements are consistently met across the department.
  • Assist with implementing and identifying new processes, procedures, and workflows to help further improve efficiency and quality.
  • Provide coaching and training support in relation to patient interactions and experiences.

Education

  • High School Diploma or equivalent Required
  • Bachelor's Degree in healthcare, education, or business administration Preferred

Work Experience

  • 2 years of progressive billing, registration, scheduling, telephone, or contact center service experience Required
  • 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting Preferred
  • Experience with quality improvement projects Preferred
