Love What You Do! RTC Services is looking for a Support Specialist to provide instruction, supervision, and personal assistance (including continence care, assistance to restroom, eating, changing clothes, etc.) to individuals with disabilities. Job Duties:
- Provide personal care.
- Plan and carryout activities with persons served.
- Implement individual plans for persons served.
- Documents on daily basis.
- Lifts, moves, and positions individuals needing physical assistance.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience with individuals with disabilities, preferred
- Strong written and verbal skills for effective communication.
- Must be physically capable to lift, carry and move associates in a safe manner according to training.
- Valid Ohio Driver's License
- Maintain First Aid and CPR, and other required training and certifications.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday- Friday 8 am-4 pm Must be able to pass a criminal background check by fingerprinting in accordance with Ohio Revised Code 5123-2-02 and drug screen.
