Responsibilities:

To provide assistance to hiring managers in creating job requisitions, onboarding, offboarding, moving candidates through the hiring process, etc.

Work closely with Program Management and Human Resources to manage candidate selection workflow process.

Collect all documentation; ensure that all collected paperwork is filled out correctly.

Assist hiring managers, as time permits, with reference calls

Set up new employees to be fingerprinted

Complete weekly and monthly status reports on interviews, vacancies, etc.

Work with Program Directors to set up regularly scheduled (approximately once a month) group interviews for direct care positions

Call candidates to confirm attendance one to two days before group interview date

Attend interviews to organize the meeting (sign in sheets, distribution of job descriptions, etc.)

Prepare Personnel Change Notifications and job requisitions initiated by Program Director

Track/maintain records of required staff trainings and annual physicals

Track allocation, current registration and maintenance records, authorized driver status of staff

Edit correspondence and reports submitted for typing

Prepare responses to routine correspondence. Create and update existing department forms for efficient reporting, and administrative support

Accept and screen telephone calls; route calls appropriately

Sort, review and distribute mail, publication and other correspondence

Flag for Program Directors on a timely basis any material received which may be of importance to the operation of the program

**Qualifications**

* Bachelors Degree Preferred, Associates required

* Minimum of two years experience in recruiting, interviewing and hiring preferred.

* Previous experience working in CRP or other non-profit environment is a plus.

* Must possess excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills; detail oriented

* Prior experience working with an applicant tracking system is required.
