YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

Your expected schedule for this full-time position is Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm.

As a new Support Specialist, you start your day by reviewing any pending customer inquiries or requests that require your attention. These could come in the form of phone calls, emails, or ticketing system notifications. In this customer service position, you are also responsible for documenting customer interactions, including the nature of the issue, the steps taken to troubleshoot, and the resolution provided. This ensures that we have a comprehensive record of each customer's history, allowing us to deliver consistent and personalized support. In addition to supporting our customers, you're also involved in collaborating with other teams within the organization.

Here's what you need to become our Support Specialist:

  • HS Diploma/GED
  • Call Center experience preferred
  • Customer Service experience preferred
