Support Specialist – Service Advisor
Type: Contract to Hire
Location: Austin, TX
The position will be expected to do these specific things:
- Work in Customer Service in the equivalent of a “service advisor” role, answering phones, taking walk up customers, initiating work orders for technicians, coordinating with technicians, closing work orders, tracking the flow of vehicles through the shop.
- Assist with Cellular support tickets in ServiceNow - fulfilling activation and disconnect requests, and others as needed.
- Assist with Stores tasks as needed, specifically covering the window for item issuance.
