Your role and responsibilities
As the Support Specialist supporting the Electrification Services Division of the organization, you will have the opportunity to provide support services to across the business. Each day, you will engage internal customers, like our Field Service Technicians and Coordinators, to assist them with their daily activities to keep the organization moving and the customers satisfied. You will also showcase your expertise by driving efficient support services. This role is open to remote candidates across the US located on the East Coast. You will be mainly accountable for: - Providing services in various administrative areas to relevant businesses to meet current needs, identifying performance gaps, and addressing emerging requirements. - Overseeing the delivery of services by external providers in line with Service Level Agreements and reporting any shortcomings and areas of improvement. - Developing training materials, FAQs, and other resources for training specific to location/business-specific administrative needs and provides effective support. - Performing tasks with a focus on high quality to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications for the role
* High school / GED required, 2 year Associate's degree preferred.
* 2+ years of relevant experience in Customer service.
* Previous experience reading and following Service Agreements preferred
* SAP (or other ERP) and SalesForce experience nice to have
* Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
