We have an exciting opportunity at our Medical Center for a full-time Support Staff to work at Health Solutions Offices at 41 Montebello Rd, in Pueblo.
What You'll Be Doing
As a member of the Support Staff, you would be working in a fast-paced behavioral healthcare and addiction recovery practice. Creating and sustaining positive, compassionate interactions with clients and co-workers, and providing high quality service will be central to the work you do. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will be important to your responsibilities.
Specifically, the Support Staff member
* Provides exemplary customer service;
* Works hours that cover agency hours (hours may vary by location and programmatic needs);
* Covers front desk reception;
* Operates phones/phone system;
* Scans and uploads records to the electronic health record;
* Verifies client payer eligibility;
* Schedules client appointments as requested;
* Processes Release of Information requests;
* Process Medical Records
* Performance Measures
* Processing Report for review
* Balances cash drawer/box;
* Maintains client electronic health records as needed;
* Completes client phone enrollments;
* Completes other departments' job requests as needed;
* Covers at various locations as assigned;
* Occasionally lifts and carries items up to 20 pounds;
* Stands, sits, drives and walks for prolonged periods of time;
* Works under stress in emergency situations;
* Records data electronically and communicates with clients, using normal range of hearing and vision;
* Frequently operates a computer keyboard and mouse using hands and fingers; and
* Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications
What We're Looking For-The Must-Haves
* High school diploma or GED equivalent
* One year of secretarial experience, including basic computer and keyboarding skills
* Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
* Demonstrated understanding of appropriate boundaries
* Demonstrated flexibility
* Colorado driver's license and access to reliable transportation during work hours
