HOURLY RATE OF PAYStarting at $19 per hour.

Qualifications

• Some personal or professional experience supporting individuals with special needs
• 21+ years of age
• Ability to pass a background check (DOJ / FBI / DMV)
• A valid driver's license (for a minimum of three years), clean driving record, and proof of vehicle insurance coverage
• Willingness to transport using personal vehicle (with mileage reimbursement)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Please be aware that Group Homes staff may need to perform some basic hygiene tasks and this would be acceptable to you. The job description includes the following specification: Experience with behaviors preferred. Tasks include assisting clients with personal hygiene. [This is not a caregiving position; it is for direct support professionals / support staff.]
