We are looking for someone who is looking to develop grow, and gain experience working in restaurants. Our support team goes the extra mile to satisfy our guests needs in the following positions:Hosts:* First and last impressions for our guests* Maintaining our reservation list* Seating guests and being friendly* Taking to go orders (earning extra tips)* Answering phones* Performing necessary pre and post shift side workFood Runners:* Learning our menu and becoming familiar with all the food items we offer* Delivering food accurately and informatively using our table and seat numbers* Carrying trays* Assisting servers, managers, and our chef team as requested* Performing necessary pre and post shift side workBussers:* Clearing, cleaning and resetting tables* Assisting servers - refilling beverages, marking tables, serving bread* Assisting food runners, managers, and our chef team as requested* Performing necessary pre and post shift side workRequirements:* Be friendly, outgoing, willing to learn, guest oriented, and show a sense of urgency* Have or be able to obtain a valid food handler permit* Be able to manage multiple requests from guests and other team members* Standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods of time* Flexible schedule and willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidaysBenefits:* TIPS* Discounted shift meals, as well as discounted meals for your family* Discounts at the resort* Flexible scheduling - willing to work with your scheduling needs* Learning, development, and promotional opportunitiesThe Hotel functions seven days a week and 24-hours a day.
