- Installing and configuring industrial machinery and equipment at client sites
- Performing on-site troubleshooting and diagnostics to ensure proper functioning of machinery
- Collaborating with project managers and engineers to ensure successful project completion
- Providing technical support and guidance to clients during installation processes
- Documenting installation procedures and maintaining accurate records
- Training clients on the operation and maintenance of machinery as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in installation and technical support roles
- Associate's degree in engineering or a related field
- On-Machine Seasoning (OMS) Certificate
- Fork Trucking Certificate
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
