This role is ideal for someone passionate about helping end-users and ensuring seamless network operations. Hybrid Schedule located near Malta.Responsibilities of the Support Tech will include:
- Deliver outstanding end-user satisfaction and support.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding network systems.
- Manage tickets for software installations, system configurations, and maintenance of computers and networks.
- Provide specifications and quotes for equipment purchases.
- Administer Wi-Fi networks and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to meet client needs.
- Other duties as assigned
Job RequirementsQualifications of the Support Tech:
- Proven experience in end-user support and IT management.
- Strong understanding of network systems, Wi-Fi administration, and IT troubleshooting.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- 3-5 years' prior experience
