Assists maintenance department by performing general laborer duties including janitorial services for the general factory and office areas. Performs various janitorial type duties in addition to facility security duties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide general housekeeping and janitorial services for cafeteria, restrooms, factory, and office areas. Maintain security operations for the facility. Perform roof drain inspections. Inspect, clean and maintain oil crib organization. Properly fill propane bottles. Boiler start up before plant operation begins. Other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, Competencies, and Abilities Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
