PLIANT Management Services needs the PERFECT person to provide customer-focused IT support, resolving issues related to enterprise hardware, software, and networks. They need excellent problem-solving, communication, technical troubleshooting, and interpersonal skills, with strong understanding of the IT systems. Cloud environment experience is a nice-to-have.
The perfect candidate is predicated on Tier II diagnostic experience and judgment, as well as using pre-established workflow procedures and instructions to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems. Additionally, ability to document, track, monitor, and work incident tickets and service requests in a timely resolution.
