Role Summary:

As a Level 1 Support Technician, you will be the first line of contact for end-users experiencing technical difficulties. You'll provide expert troubleshooting, guidance, and remote support, with occasional onsite visits to set up PCs, printers, and phones. This role requires a customer-first mindset and a problem-solving attitude to deliver efficient and reliable support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide telephone support to end-users facing technical issues.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems remotely and onsite.
• Research user questions and walk users through corrective steps.
• Identify and escalate critical support situations when necessary.
• Track and document support requests using a computerized ticketing system.
• Generate activity reports and keep up-to-date with system changes and business updates.
• Conduct onsite visits to set up and configure PCs, printers, and phones as needed.

Requirements:

• Strong verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Determination to deliver excellent customer service.
• Ability to understand, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows.
• Valid NC driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Salary: $38,000 - $45,000 per year

Location: Primarily remote, with preferred candidates based in Forsyth, Guilford, or Randolph County, NC
