Support - Tier 1Schedule: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays and holidays.Min. Experience: Entry LevelFlexible work optionsThe Support - Tier 1 role utilizes knowledge over a broad skill set to meet and exceed the daily challenges. Responsibilities include completing daily tickets and tasks, following up with internal/external personnel on current tickets, and expanding knowledge within the industry. The ideal candidate has at least two or more years of exposure with the below technologies.
