Experience Required 8+ years of IT Service Management Experience Roles & Responsibilities
- Acts as operational portfolio leader driving standards across the SLO's within that portfolio.
- Oversees successful planning and execution of SLO operations for the portfolio
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess service performance
