DescriptionLead Change as a Supportive Housing Supervisor at CRi!Are you a dynamic individual that is dedicated to improving the lives around you? Are you passionate about empowering individuals to achieve stability and independence?CRi is looking for a Supportive Housing Supervisor to lead our dedicated Supportive Housing Team. Candidates must have supervisory experience as well as direct experience supporting adults who have a mental health diagnosis. Candidates should have experience supporting a multifaceted team with the ability to innovate, encourage and grow knowledge and skillset of the team members. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is able to engage community partners, market the program and provide outreach service and or direction to the SH team. Candidate should have experience working with individual in various stages of housing need.   • Team Leadership: Supervise a team of specialists to ensure effective service delivery and compliance with policies and contractual obligations.
  • Engagement & Support: Develop therapeutic relationships that foster housing stability and support the recovery process.
  • Crisis Management: Provide crisis intervention and support to individuals, ensuring their needs are met and addressed.
  • Community Collaboration: Represent CRi at meetings with government agencies and stakeholders, building strong partnerships that benefit our clients.
  • Program Development: Assess individual strengths and needs to create tailored service plans that promote independence and self-sufficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the Supported Housing Team, ensuring all services are compliant and effective.
  • Foster inter-agency relationships to enhance service delivery and support networks.
  • Conduct training and development for your team, ensuring they are equipped to support clients effectively.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and metrics for program evaluation.
Schedule & Location:
  • Monday-Friday Varies (flexible; weekend and evening hours as needed) 40 hrs/full-time
  • Locations across our service areas.
RequirementsWhat You Bring:
  • A Master's degree in a human services-related field.
  • Two (2) years of supervisory experience, particularly in coordinating services for individuals with SMI and I/DD diagnoses.
  • A valid driver's license and the ability to travel as needed.
  • Strong knowledge of treatment modalities, crisis intervention techniques, and community resources.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • 3 years of experience in supervisory roles and leading teams.
    • 5 years of experience working with individuals with SMI and I/DD diagnoses.
Physical Demands:
  • Ability to lift and provide physical intervention when necessary.
