Ideal for a candidate that is seeking a healthy work-life balance in an employed and integrated health system. Candidates should also be able to effectively collaborate with referring physicians, agencies, and other professionals to provide optimum care for each patient.This role incorporates both inpatient and outpatient Support and Palliative Care.Licensed Acute Care Advanced Practice ProviderShift | Schedule - DaysCompetitive salary and comprehensive benefits packageInpatient and outpatient settings:Discussions with patients and families on goals of care and advance care planningSymptom ManagementCollaborating with physicians, nurses, social workers, chaplains, and other specialists to provide patient-centered careADVANCED PRACTICE PROVIDER QUALIFICATIONSMinimum QualificationsNurse Practitioner / Advanced Practice NurseEducation: Graduate of a Nurse Practitioner program approved by the State of Texas. Masters required.
