Overview The Accounts Payable (AP) Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring efficient operation of the accounts payable function. Reporting to the AP Manager, the AP Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the AP team, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, vendor payments, and reimbursements in compliance with established policies. This role emphasizes strong collaboration, process improvement, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including specific oversight of the match exception process, vendor statement review, and delivering excellent customer service. Qualifications Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field, 5+ years in accounts payable, and 1-2 years in a supervisory role. Motor Vehicle Operator Designation (Required): (Refer to CP 1.51): Employees in this position: Will not operate vehicles for an assigned business purpose NOTE: A frequent driver is defined as one who uses his/her personal or University of Florida Health automobile a) at least once daily, b) at least five individual trips per week or c) drives, on average, over 150 miles per week in the performance of his/her job.
