**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced Surface Grinder Operator to set up and operate surface grinding machines. The role involves creating accurate and square surfaces on precision injection blow mold tooling (IBM) components. Key responsibilities include analyzing drawings/blueprints and specifications, selecting appropriate grinding wheels, adjusting machine settings, mounting and dressing grinding wheels, using machines to smooth part surfaces, inspecting finished products for quality, and performing machine maintenance. The operator must adhere to all safety rules and maintain a clean and safe work environment.

**Skills**

+ Surface Grind within +/- .0003

+ Use gauge blocks, indicators, micrometers

+ Size grinding ferro-magnetic metals and non-magnetic metals

+ Standard Grinding Wheels, Aluminum Oxide Silicon Carbide

+ Grit and Bonding fixturing including precision angle block

**Work Site**

This is a fully on-site position in Millville, New Jersey.
