Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using mining-related software and tools. Must possess or have ability to obtain surface foreman, surface electrical papers and Commercial Driver's License (CDL). Must be able to work in an outdoor environment and handle the physical demands of working on a mine site. Ability to work in a high-stress environment with strict deadlines. Willingness to work extended hours including nights weekends and holidays if required.
