Position Overview:* Job Title: Bariatric Surgeon (Physician)* Role: General Surgeon needed for call coverage only, with a focus on bariatric surgery.* Experience: Must have experience in Bariatric Surgery to cover call.Responsibilities:* Call Coverage: 24-hour call shift from 7:00 AM to 7:00 AM (with potential for 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM if daytime shifts are covered).* Frequency of Call: 3-10 call-ins per week, as needed.* Procedures Required: Yes, bariatric surgical procedures.* Assistance: Advanced Practice Provider (APP) coverage is available to assist in the operating room (OR).Qualifications:* Required Experience: Bariatric surgery experience required.* Privileges: Temporary privileges granted.Additional Information:* EMR Equipment: Meditech/ENDOsoft* Credentialing: Typical credentialing process applies.
