We are seeking a skilled Surgical Nurse Assistant to act as the first assistant to physicians in the operating room. This role involves assisting in the intra-operative phase of surgical procedures, including draping, suturing, clamping, and exposure of the surgical field. The ideal candidate will have experience in perioperative nursing and a strong knowledge of the nursing process. QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of an accredited program of professional nursing
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in the State of Florida
• Minimum of 2 years in perioperative nursing
• Successful completion of a Registered Nurse First Assistant course approved by a Florida Board of Nursing provider
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
