As a Surgical Tech, you'll be at the heart of patient care and surgical precision. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting Surgical Excellence: Prepare, organize, and provide essential tools during procedures. Assist the surgical team by anticipating their needs and ensuring smooth operations.
- Patient Preparation & Care: Help position and transport patients with compassion and skill. Assist in prepping patients under the direction of an RN.
- Ensuring a Sterile Environment: Clean and re-sterilize surgical suites and instruments post-procedure, maintaining top-tier hygiene standards.

QualificationsEDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- BLS certified
- 1-2 years clinical experience preferred.

- Display good listening skills in order to comprehend and quickly respond to the needs of the surgical team during a procedure such as getting additional equipment or supplies.
- Display a good memory is necessary in order to avoid the repetition of lengthy explanations for tasks that need to be completed.
- Ability to be comfortable working under pressure.
