Position: Email Surveillance Analyst
Client: Banking
Location: New York, NY
Duration: 12 months of Contract + possible extension
Hybrid: 4x a month WFH and the other days onsite
Job Description
- Utilize surveillance systems to review communications for content, appropriateness, regulatory compliance and misuse of confidential information
- Identify, document, and resolve potential regulatory or compliance issues
- Liaise with business management, compliance, and legal to assess risks and follow up on issues identified during review of communications
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree
- 1-4 years experience either in corporate and investment banking industry or legal industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Sound judgment and ability to exercise discretion
Desired Skills
- Familiarity with corporate and investment banking industry
- Prior experience with email surveillance, including Global Relay surveillance system
