Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Surveillance Analyst with expertise in trade support and operations within the financial services industry. The ideal candidate will have over four years of experience in handling trade execution flows, reconciling complex transactions, and providing support to institutional and retail trading desks. This role requires bilingual proficiency in Portuguese and familiarity with financial tools and systems to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, manage, and support trade execution flows, ensuring accuracy and compliance across transactions.
- Perform reconciliation of complex financial transactions and resolve any discrepancies.
- Collaborate closely with institutional and retail trading desks to support trading activities.
- Leverage advanced financial systems, including Bloomberg, Aladdin, Thomson, DTCC, FICC, and Appix, to optimize operations.
- Work with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and support surveillance functions effectively.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 4+ years in trade support, operations, and/or audit within financial services.
- Skills: Proficiency with financial platforms (Bloomberg, Aladdin, DTCC, FICC, etc.) and strong analytical skills.
- Languages: Bilingual in Portuguese required.
- Location: Candidates must be local to Philadelphia and available for a hybrid work arrangement.
