SUMMARY: This position is responsible for protecting Company assets and proactively investigating with use of surveillance cameras all cash handling areas. - Observe and report any and all gaming violations and/or thefts of property and ensure these are documented.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all property related issues.
- Operate monitor room equipment, including basic computer functions.
- Participate in court actions as necessary.
- Learn all games in use on property and all procedures and cheating indicators of such games.
- Write proper reports as needed.
- Read and understand Arkansas Gaming Regulations and Title 31 rules and laws.
- Respond to surveillance management and gaming control requests.
- Respond to requests from other departments as appropriate.
- Maintain a neat and organized work area.
- Perform work in an honest and trustworthy manner.
- Maintain confidentiality within the set guidelines.
- Perform Player evaluations while furthering knowledge of surveillance operations.
- Attend all training classes and seminars as directed.
- Maintain digital recordings and storage and document any system abnormalities or malfunctions in the tech log.
- Observe and identify suspected cheaters and cheating techniques, and make department management aware of the observations.
- Using data from the POS system for voids, no sales, etc., proactively audit food and beverage cashiers.
- Proactively conduct Cage transaction audits.
- Conduct special watches as assigned by Surveillance Management.
- Observe and audit count room activities.
- Conduct fill, credit, and marker audits.
- Will act in the capacity of Surveillance Operator when required.
- Other duties as assigned.

Minimum one year of gaming surveillance experience preferred but not required. Previous experience analyzing trends in POS systems and gaming preferred. Previous experience conducting investigations and writing detailed reports preferred.LANGUAGE SKILLS:Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy and procedure manuals, maintenance instructions, and other related documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries from other employees or guests. Fluency in English. Ability to write detailed instructions and correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:Ability to work with and apply mathematical concepts such as probability, fractions and percentages preferred.REASONING ABILITY:Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
