KEY JOB FUNCTIONS:
* Operates software to save and preserve video coverage.
* Presents evaluations of any observed illegal activity to the proper departments and makes necessary recommendations.
* Make recommendations and enforce state and federal regulations. Will communicate with security and other departments using phones and radios.
* Will follow policies to ensure safety and asset protection. Has knowledge of all slot/game's procedures and Title 31.
* Maintains all logs and ensures accuracy of log entries.
* Maintains confidentiality of all Casino information.
* Reports all incidents observed on shift to the Leadership.
* Comply with company regulations, policies, and procedures.
* Act as a role model to other employees and always presents oneself as a credit to the Company and encourages others to do the same.
* Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
* High school diploma, GED, or comparable experience preferred.
* Prior experience in a security, casino or surveillance-related field is preferred.
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Must be able to work and maneuver in close quarters.
* Must be able to sit for long periods of time
* Must be able to respond calmly in crisis and stressful situations.
* Must be able to see and, also, remember the specific details of incidents and persons. Ability to compose clear, accurate, and concise reports.
* Must be able to operate the following equipment: Monitors, switches, computers, controllers, and cameras.
* Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
* Ability to maintain extremely confidential information.
* Ability to respond calmly and make rational decisions in stressful situations with co-workers, guests and vendors.
