KEY JOB FUNCTIONS:* Operates software to save and preserve video coverage.* Presents evaluations of any observed illegal activity to the proper departments and makes necessary recommendations.* Make recommendations and enforce state and federal regulations. Will communicate with security and other departments using phones and radios.* Will follow policies to ensure safety and asset protection. Has knowledge of all slot/game's procedures and Title 31.* Maintains all logs and ensures accuracy of log entries.* Maintains confidentiality of all Casino information.* Reports all incidents observed on shift to the Leadership.* Comply with company regulations, policies, and procedures.* Act as a role model to other employees and always presents oneself as a credit to the Company and encourages others to do the same.* Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:* High school diploma, GED, or comparable experience preferred.* Prior experience in a security, casino or surveillance-related field is preferred.QUALIFICATIONS:* Must be able to work and maneuver in close quarters.* Must be able to sit for long periods of time* Must be able to respond calmly in crisis and stressful situations.* Must be able to see and, also, remember the specific details of incidents and persons. Ability to compose clear, accurate, and concise reports.* Must be able to operate the following equipment: Monitors, switches, computers, controllers, and cameras.* Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.* Ability to maintain extremely confidential information.* Ability to respond calmly and make rational decisions in stressful situations with co-workers, guests and vendors.
