- Review and retrieve required inventory parts from schematics, drawings, or work instructions specific to Mobile Surveillance Trailers.
- Perform simple to complex assembly operations related to trailer construction, including mounting surveillance equipment, wiring, and integrating power systems.
- Test and inspect Mobile Surveillance Trailers to ensure they meet technical specifications and quality standards.
- Report any deficiencies or issues to the Department Lead for timely resolution.
- Follow department processes to ensure ISO compliance and maintain high production quality.
- Possess electrical and mechanical knowledge specific to trailer wiring, power systems, and surveillance technology.
- Ability to use small hand tools, including but not limited to cutters, strippers, crimpers, screwdrivers, and specialized tools for trailer assembly.
- Use basic judgment in quality analysis and communicate with the Department Lead about any discrepancies in trailer components or assembly.
- Proactively seek opportunities to improve workplace safety and trailer assembly efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, neat, safe, and orderly work area during and after the assembly process.
- Attend work regularly and promptly, following established work schedules.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations specific to mobile surveillance equipment and trailer assembly.
- Attend and participate in all required training sessions related to trailer assembly and electrical systems.
- Attend and participate in all departmental meetings for continuous improvement.
- Other essential duties as assigned related to Mobile Surveillance Trailer assembly.

RequirementsQualifications / Competencies:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certificate preferred.
- Basic math skills required for inventory management and measurement during assembly.
- Knowledge of raw materials, including metals, wiring, and electrical components used in Mobile Surveillance Trailers.
- Understanding of production processes specific to trailer manufacturing, surveillance system installation, and power distribution systems.
- Basic understanding of electricity and mechanics, including wiring and troubleshooting electrical issues on trailers.
- Ability to use small hand tools and power tools required for trailer assembly.
- Ability to read and interpret diagrams and schematics for trailer wiring and assembly.
- Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques to maximize the efficiency of Mobile Surveillance Trailer assembly.
- Knowledge of machines and tools, including their design, uses, repair, and maintenance as applied to trailer assembly.
- Ability to monitor and assess the performance of yourself and others to make improvements or take corrective action.
- The ability to arrange components and actions in a specific order or pattern according to defined assembly rules.
- Follows safety policies and procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and reports potential hazards in the workplace.
- Able to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks required for trailer assembly.
