Job Description:
Job DescriptionWe are partnered with a company seeking a CAD Technician with 2+ years of experience of survey drafting experience. The candidate must have AutoCAD Civil 3D capabilities and experience. MicroStation experience is a plus. The candidate will provide drafting and design support for Surveying ProjectsEssential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Development of survey plans and construction documents working on complex CAD projects under the direction of a Professional Land Surveyor
  • Work efficiently, multi-task and work in a deadline-driven environment
  • Perform work in an accurate and timely manner
  • Handle multiple assignments with competing priorities
  • Maintain company CAD standards throughout the projects
Key Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of progressive survey work experience or Associates Degree in CAD related field
  • Working knowledge of topographic and boundary surveys, ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, subdivisions, easement and vacation plats
  • Microstation experience preferred
  • Exceptional client service skills as well as in a team environment
  • Self-starting, requiring minimal supervision once trained
  • General knowledge of MS Office
  • Good communication skills
