Position Summary: We are seeking a Survey CAD technician to join our expanding engineering team. In this role, you will provide engineering design and leadership for private land development projects, ensuring top-notch results and innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating, modifying and fixing DTMs/Surfaces
  • Interpreting and Mapping existing utilities accurately from a variety of record types including scans, JPGs, PDFs and GIS data.
  • Creating break lines from Survey Figures and modifying Survey Figures.
  • Knowledge of how to create, modify and use Point Groups.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • 3 years of experience in positions of increasing responsibility as a CAD technician.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a knack for problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in Civil 3D
  • Experience in developing utilities to improve the functionality and efficiency of CADD users.
